Facilitators Needed for April 9 PA Virtual Fair
大香蕉视频 is looking for facilitators for our next virtual fair, taking place on April 9! A virtual fair is an online recruitment event where attendees visit chat rooms hosted by 大香蕉视频 and PA programs that choose to participate. It鈥檚 an ideal way to interact with the next generation of curious PA applicants. 大香蕉视频 hosts a 鈥済eneral PA information鈥 chat room where attendees can talk with facilitators about different aspects of the profession 鈥 ranging from applying to PA school to preparing for and entering practice. With your help, we can ensure potential PA students have access to the information they need.聽
Our plan is to host live presentations from students, practitioners, and educators in our general information chat room. We are excited to announce that one of our presenters will be former Cincinnati Bengals and Buffalo Bills player, Ony Momah, who is a licensed orthopedic surgery sports medicine PA.
And that鈥檚 where you come in. We鈥檙e seeking 5鈥10 presenters throughout the day who would be willing to host a 15鈥30-minute webinar or Q&A session on a topic of their choice. Some possible topics could include (but are not limited to):
- What PA school is like聽
- Tips for prospective applicants聽
- Post-graduation steps聽
- PA work life聽
- Virtual interview tips聽
- Incorporating JEDI principles on campus or admissions聽
- Another topic you are passionate about聽
Global majority or international PA students/educators/practitioners are highly encouraged to volunteer for this opportunity.
Prefer not to present? That鈥檚 fine. We would still love to have you help facilitate the chat anytime between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. ET. You can participate for 30 minutes or for all 12 hours 鈥 no time is too short! Or, if your program is interested in hosting its own room, .
