Below are instructions for sending a Feedback Assistant report to Apple which will help us investigate the underlying issue. These reports work best if submitted as soon as possible following the incident.
- Launch the Feedback Assistant app, which is installed by default on your computer (you can find this by searching using Command+Space bar)
- Login using your Apple ID (you may be asked to sign up for a program), and select Beta Services. There is no fee and it does not obligate you to anything
- Select New Feedback (the comment bubble icon at the top of the window)
- Select MacOS from the first list
- Add a description of what happened
- Complete the following fields as below:
- Complete the remaining fields and submit the report
- Send the report ID to 大香蕉视频 (eyunker@大香蕉视频online.org) when you are finished
